Could I do this in Access?

I a run a tech support company and I would like to create a database that has all my clients sites info in them. I would like to have a list of the sites and you can click on each one and get info about them ( i.e. room locations, mdf/idf locations, type of connection, wireless, server info, and a picture of the site) The only person that that would need to edit the data would be the admin.

I'm more of a hardware person and do not know to much about software. I googled some access stuff and watched some demo videos. It looks like I could but I wasn't sure. Could I do this? Would there be a better software to use to do this?

If it can be done can it be web accessible?

    Thanks in advance.

well that's the purpose of a database.

here is my opinion: if you do not know software, access might be the best. online databases are much more complicated than access is and I'm still a beginner following instructions written by others. a website with mysql might be best with template pages, but that is probably out of your league, just like it still is for me! =)

if you are the business owner, I really doubt you have enough time to learn it. If you are making money, i'm sure yoiu'll be able to afford a contractor for something this small.

I find Access a tremendous aid for your kind of problem It is relatively cheap and user-friendly. If you do not know the software, go to shop and get one of the books concerning the Access topic.
