If you change the query to a select query and bring in the WebOrdID do you get any records returned ?
And your dates need to be formatted as #2018/02/01# not with a dash

@minty - dash will work - sql will assume it is yyyy-mm-dd (ie. 1st Feb in the example provided) - something I learned only recently
@King - not sure why you need the other tables since you are not applying any criteria to them.

The fact that zero records are about to be updated? That you get the prompt at all? Aside from the observations already made, more info about the desired outcome and what's going on would help, including showing the complete parameter prompt and criteria.
