Need Help in Creating Simple Accounting software

hello guys, i am new o this forum



i have a problem in managing my i want to manage customers monthly payments so i searched online for all possible solutions but were too advanced for my needs

i want a simple list of customers with simple paid and unpaid subscription amount and after clicking paid it automatically calculates from PC the date and adds the information to the customer profile
