Tech calls database, insert a serial number and automatically show other inputs for same

I am working old a tech service data base which our products use serial numbers. My table has a field for serial numbers. If one of the techs enter a serial number can access 2016 automatically display all inputs pertaining to the same serial numbers?

make a form with a subform
the master form is for The Part#
the subform will link to the inputs for that part.
