Hello,
I am new to the forum, I signed up with the hopes that the Access Forum gurus might be able to help a pretty interesting problem I have. Thanks in advanced!
Here is the rundown.
I have a 3 tables, ones a PC Inventory, one is an installed software, and one is a memory (ram) spec sheet for each type of system. I have the ComputerSerial set as primary key for the Installed Software and PC Inventory forum, no primary key for the RAM Spec sheet.
I went to build a report so I could see which computers were running on low amounts of RAM (many of them still using 64mb and 128mb of memory)
Well I built the report using the wizard, put the feilds in I wanted, sorted by RAM Amount Assending. And when I run the report the numbers for the amount of ram start at 256, and go up to the highests. It does not show the computers with < 256 ram...
I do not have any filters on the tables, that was the first thing i checked. And the < 256 ram computers are on the table, checked that too.
Is there anything preventing Access from pulling the lower numbers while making the report? I am at a loss and have been working on this seemingly simple problem for too long.
Thank You and have a great day!
