Changed to a new server and having issues with multiple users

Hi,

We are a small office of three in a large company who access and add new purchase orders in a database, We were having no problems until we were moved to a different server. Now we are experiencing problems with files becoming corrupted, changes are discarded and I believe there are sync issues. The problems seem to arise when multiple people are using the database at the same time.

An example, today I had started to enter new purchase order data on the form. A coworker then started to also enter data for a second new purchase order. On my access form #deleted began populating in each field one at a time.

Our Access database was set up by someone years ago who is no longer with the company. Can anyone offer some advise or point me in the right direction? My experience level with Access is amateur and I have no VBA experience so easier is better for me.

Tell us about your database. Is it split front end /back end with a copy of the front end on each user's PC?
Was anything else changed -- database version? New users? Wireless network?

I don't believe the database is split. There are three users who access it through a shared drive on the server. It is not wireless. There have been no new users since switching to the new server. No setting were changed. We were simply required to switch to a new shared drive. We are using Access 2013 version 15 with Service Pack 1.
