We can do back up to any place we want on PC , but I would like to do back up to inside our project and When We want We be able to get it in easy way

OK, you want to make a BACKUP. What does 'inside our project' mean?

You can do a backup by doing File ... Save Database As
Or it can be done from a button click using code

I thought you wanted to make a backup copy of your database....

Your last post suggests you want to save a file e.g a photo using the attachment datatype.
As I never use it, I can't assist.
However I strongly recommend you don't do this either as it will cause your database to grow rapidly.
Performance will suffer and eventually your fb will reach the 2GB limit and be unusable.

A much better method is to use a text field contain the file path
You can then view the photo in Access using an image control

thanks a lot for your advice ridders52

yes , Microsoft Access can't save a big data , because we can use Ms Access for a small project not a big project
When We want to build a big project by Ms Access , it will be slowly When we are using or When We want to connect with other PC
I mean When We Shared Ms Access project with 5 PC or more , We will feel our project is working slowly .
