    Spacing query results

In the attached zipped file is a MS Access 2016 db. The query qryPersonnel is shown in a screen capture. When you examine it it is obvious there are spacing problems.

There are some columns with only a single of double character entry in the yet they are very wide. It this poor spacing that pushes the right most columns in the query beyond the right edge of the screen.

My guess is that if I can space them better there would be of the rightmost columns on the screen. My questions is how do I do that?

Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Respectfully,

Rename query columns so column header and entries widths don't differ so drastically (... FirstColumnName As Short1 ...).

The main candidates are tblPersonell.BranchHead As Head and tblPersonell.Branch As Branch. and personellID may be also a good candidate.

Okay, so you are saying that the length of the title determines the columns width. That makes sense. So just shorten the names and that should do it?

    Any help appreciated.
