    Printing report turns me mad!

I work on report, i export it as pdf

as report it looks fine, when i print it or export as pdf it comes as four pages, i tried everything made sure it does not touch edges, but still lost

if its not possible is there anyway to configure it to print the first page only and export the pdf as first page only ?

as it does not contains any confidential data, i attach a copy of my access file, thanks

Do you have your report display in Print Preview or does it just export it outside of your db.

Take a look at the dimensions of the report (especially the width) and the margins.
If the width of the report plus the size of the left and right margins exceed 8.5 inches (the standard size of letter paper in portrait view), it will spill over to multiple pages (even if they just show blank).

Likewise, if the height plus the size of the margins exceeds 11 inches, it will spill over to multiple pages.
