Can't Append one specific row to a table

Hello,


So I made an append query which adds new rows to a specific table, it works great but I don't understand why it doesn't want to add one row, which is part of the original table, it already add about 25 other rows without a problem, I'm looking at the fields and they're all correctly filled, I just don't understand... I read the Help options and I checked the failure modes without falling in any... can anybody help me to locate the error please?

this is what the error message says:

Microsoft Access set 0 field(s) to Null due to a type conversion failure, and it didn't add 1 record(s) to the table due to key violations....

Check if there's a record that already has the key value being added, or a field would be duplicated that is set to no duplications.

ok, I just realize that there was a typo in the key value of the row, so it has information duplicated with different key value...
