Does Conditional format have to address entire field?

I have a field where the word "auto" appears sometimes. I wanted to have that word highlighted in red wherever it appeared and attempted to do so with conditional formatting. In other words, I thought that with conditional formatting I could in effect tell Access to find that word and highlight it. Can that be done?

    Thanks you in advance.

Tried the link but it said the site "refused to connect". I will try YouTube as well.

I went to design view, clicked on the filed. Selected conditional formatting and asked it to highlight in red the word "auto". Hit reply and okay but when I went back and refreshed the report nothing had changed.

Not sure why the "refused to connect".
I'm attaching the zip from the Allen Brown site.
