Build Simple Database for me? Paid

Hi
I need to quickly build a fairly straight forward database, but I am a complete novice working through video tutorials to learn. Is there anyone out there who could build the functionality I need as I fear its going to take too long to learn and I only have a week or so. Im not looking to pay a lot as the database is just for a hobby.
I wouldn't think it would take very long for someone who is experienced?

Do you have a clear set of specifications? People here will help but we're not here for pay.
Have you considered calling a local(to you) developer?
