format report

Hi all,
I have a query that brings data eg.

Name	# Wks	1	2	3	4	5
Tom	4	38.20
Sue	4	38.20
Jane	5	47.75
Jack	5	47.75

this query deducts social security on a monthly basis for persons paid monthly. The amount that is in week one if the total deducted for the month divided by the number of weeks. I need to report to the SS board the amount deducted for each week.
Data is returned with name, number of weeks and a dollar amount in wk one. I need that amount put in Wk 1 through 4 is there are 4 weeks in the month, and 1-5 of there are five weeks in the month. I have no programming knowledge.

For a report? You can just use the week1 field as the source for weeks 2-4. For week 5, try

=iif([# Wks] = 5, [Week1], 0)

adjusting field names as appropriate.
