Issues with Email Access Form

I am new to Microsoft Access 2010. We generate a Access form that is sent to supervisors through Outlook. We had updates come down through IT, seems like the updates has something to do with this.. The supervisors can open the email but the updated resolution is not saving to the database. Any discussion will need to be in layman terms please. I have no clues what to look at.

Can you explain in detail your process? What do you mean by

. Maybe paste your email code? So you email a form and not a report?
