Cool Linking photos from data to a form

    Hi all,

I have not used Access in a very long time, have created basics, however have forgotten how to show a different photo relating to each individual data on each form? Also how to create a pdf so each item is displayed on a separate page an margins are aligned etc

The report must be sized to a full page. Then the next record will fill that page. Etc.

Hi Ranman, thankyou for your prompt reply, appreciate your assistance I probably did not explain too well what I am trying to achieve lol

    1. - I am attempting to place one picture which relates to a specific record, so that the picture changes from record to record. Just can’t figure it out .
    2. - Wanting my form to print all on one page, individually for each record

I have attached some pictures also
Attached Thumbnails Attached Thumbnails picture view.JPG   data page, picture.JPG

that WAS my explanation. The next page, shows the next record, and thus the next photo.

That method is very problematic. If Can Grow or Can Shrink is set to yes or there is sub report then it will not work correctly.

I find it best to never hard code anything or do it manually when there is a built in way to let the software handle it automatically. This is not limited to Access.

Access's Report Write has a property with every section call "Force New Page". Simply setting this property to the desired method will allow Access to automatically go to a new page.

Are you setting (binding) the image control to a field in the record source (table)?
