Denied access into Account / cannot log on when opening Outlook

Each time I shut down the computer and restart the following message appears when opening Outlook.

I am connected correctly to the network as I can access the web fine and my same email inbox emails are fine on my phone and tablet. It does it nearly every time I restart the computer. I have my IT guy remotely fix it but it has been going on for 5 months now and he doesn't know why it is happening. Thought I would do my own investigation. We reduced the size of the files but archiving but that didn't have any effect and took one inbox offline but still nothing.

Ummm, this is an Access forum, not an Outlook forum.

This implies you have more than one email account is Outlook. Do you know which email account is causing the problem?

The last recourse would be to find the PST file (or whatever they use now), make a backup of it. Export everything out of Outlook, then delete all email accounts. Then delete the PST file. The object is to start over.

Add one email account at a time, re-booting after each email account add until
A) you get all accounts added with out errors or
B) you find the offending email account and fix it.
