Connect outlook to access

Hi All,



this issue seems different for me.

I have 10 Generic email boxes (shared email box) and i am able to connect to 8 and get it done.. through Data > external sources > outlook folder> linked table.

But other two GMB's are not connecting and when i try to link it throws me error. ( image attached) please help me to get rid of this issue i did lot of research online but no results. "

We would help if we could! There is something different about the last two folders, but it seems to be pointing to external to Access?
