Setting Graph scale minr/l max limits

I have set up a graph that is working correctly except that I am unable to set the min/max limits. The graph is displaying four (4) separate lines (see attachment 'Graph & Data Table.pdf' below). So what I'm doing is double clicking on the graph, right click on the Y-axis section, go to scale and try to set the Minimum to 5300, Maximum to 7300, and Major unit to 200. When I do this, the check box checks are then unchecked. I click ok and nothing happens. It goes back to the original setting of Min 0, Max 8000, Major Unit 1000.

First I'd like to know how to set the min and max ranges b/c as stated above, I'm not doing something correctly. Then what I'd really like to do is find the min and max number from my table (see attachment 'Graph & Data Table.pdf' below), add 200 to the max and subtract 200 from the min to get my Y-axis range. Is this possible?

Ok so I figured out how to set the Y-axis. I needed to set the x-axis crossing number to 5300. I would still like to know if it's possible to find the min and max number from my table (see attachment 'Graph & Data Table.pdf' below), add 200 to the max and subtract 200 from the min to get my Y-axis range.
