Make a form for Stock Request

Hi all i am new here and my name is Evijin.

I have a concept to execute for my work. I find it difficult to collect paper approvals and to maintain the stock and there will be a sudden news that one ** number is left. So i thought of making a inventory database with unique codes of what all stocks i have in store.

Here my limitation is the database creation. i hope to workout more exercises through the online tutorials and all .
I learned to create database and customizing the fields. I find a little complication in making relationships, though i hope to fix it soon.



My question is in forms!! :/

1, Is is possible to create a form and share with employees? How?
2, Is it possible to review the form by admin which was submitted by employees? How?
3, Is it possible to approve the form after a review by admin once an employee submitted? How?
