    Is this possible in Access???

I have to create a button in a form or some way that will redirect a record/row to a resolved table and then remove/hide that record once the issue has been resolved. Also I saw the check box control and when I added that if I click the check in one record it checks the check box in all records. Can anyone help me with these issues?

I need the original record to be hidden...not the redirected record in the resolved table.

Ex: BPOL Table: 3 records and one becomes resolved.
Resolved Table: 1 new record once BPOL record became

    resolved

Updated BPOL Table: 3 records but only 2 visible. 1 hidden

since it was redirected to resolved table.

Not too great with writing code either, so all the help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

It is generally not a good idea to move the records around. The standard solution is to have a field in your table that indicates the status. In your case, it sounds like a simple Yes/No field represented by a checkbox would do. With that, you can use queries or filters to see resolved records, unresolved records, or all records.
