    Transfering Multiple Queries to Excel

    Hello -

i was wanting to see if i could get some help on transfering multiple queries (15) to an excel document. I have the following queries that hold

    - employee name
    - training class
    - experation date

Now each query could have multiple names and dates in it. What i want to be able to do is have all these queries (15) transfer over to excel to a single sheet within excel

    is this possible?

Why do you have 15 queries that return the same fields. Could you not have one query that does the same?

The issue is im a bigtime novice at building data bases.......I have different types of training that one person could have. So i put in 15 different spots. So if Joe had all 15 then all 15 spots would be used but if Ann only had 3 then only three spots woudld be filled......

    does that make sense?

Sounds like you have 15 tables, 1 table for each type of training. If so, this is a bad design.
Could you post a picture of your relationship window or your dB?

I agree with Steve. Sounds like a poor design for a RDBMS. Look at this link on how to structure a DB properly normalized.
