help needed

Hello guys,

any chance anyone can help me with a data base I am trying to build?

All I wanted is to have something nice and efficient for my work place.
I wanted to have my employees entered in a form of "cards" where under a chosen name I could have a small table.
sounds simple? not quite...
I have chosen a template. Unfortunately a big and complicated one! I just liked how it displayed data...
I have not deleted a lot of what I don't really need now as I worried it will crash all of it.
Is there any chance there is a guru out there who can help me to put a simple table under each PPE type?

All in all I want a sheet where I can look up employees name and bellow it see the equipment history (like: what is booked, when ad what was issued, etc...)
It looks like "stock Table" I have created...

can anyone get me out of that corner I let myself in please
