How to sort Access reports ?

I have these Access Report like the following :

    LawyerA Client 1 1000

    Client 2 2000
    Total3000

    Lawyer B Client3 4000
    client 4 5000
    9000

I would like Lawyer B on top instead of sorting by lawyer's name.

You have to sort on a field or fields. Why would B be on top? If you don't want to use name, there needs to be some field to sort on.

all I can add is to look for the 'Grouping & Sort' in the ribbon when the report is in design view....and it will open in the lower half of the screen to allow you to set it up the way you wish.....
