I am running 45 append queries, one after the other, in a macro. I don't want the user to see them running but I cannot find a way of hiding them. All ideas would be welcome. Thanks.

How does user see them? Do the query objects actually open? Why are they opening? An action query can be run without first opening.

I'm using OpenQuery as a macro action.
I did a test. I do not see the query when it runs.

Thanks for your response, before running the query, I am opening a table and deleting a record. That is the action I am seeing on the screen, not the Query running.
Then why does your original post ask about hiding 45 append actions?

My mistake, I assumed it was the queries, but when you said you did not see the query you tested, I looked again and realized it was the table I was seeing. any ideas for suppressing the table?
Not if you have to manually select and delete a record.
Otherwise, run an SQL DELETE action, same as the INSERT actions and will not be visible.
Why not selecting and deleting from a form?

With your help, thanks, I found this way round it. I run a delete query to remove anything from the table, then an append query to append 1 record. Do this for 45 possible records. Print report documents showing this information. Delete and Append again ready for the next event.
