Wholesale and Retail Price based on Buy item quantities

Hi...

I just wondered, where can i find something to learn & read for Pricing rule, between wholesale & retail price.


my goal is i want to create invoice with pricing based on buy quantity, so the price displayed & agreed are based on that.
example :

if i buy :

less than 20 pcs (1-19) = retail price
more than 20 pcs (20-more) = wholesale


how to do it? the table, queries, relationship, code, etc.
