Form is blank in form and layout view

Hello, I am very new to access 2013 and have created three different tables and created relationships between these three tables. When I created based on these three tables, the form only displays theese fields in design view but does not display any of these fields when I try and open in form view or layout view. I am thinking it has something to do with my relationships but I am not sure. Any help would be very much appreciated! Thank you.

Forms will do that when the record source returns no records and new records aren't allowed. For testing, try basing the form on a single table.

I can create a form for each of the three tables independent of each other but for some reason I cannot create a form with all three combined? I am sure it has something to do with my relationships but I am not sure. Trying to create an inventory database for work but I just cant get past this point. Thank you for the response!

How do the tables relate to each other? Presumably the form is based on a query; perhaps it's read-only:

And not only is it read-only, presumably it doesn't return any records.

As the Allen Browne article suggests, most multi-table Queries (which is what exists if the Form is based on multiple Tables) are Read-Only You're probably going t have to use a Main Form/Subforms design to enter all of your data, from one Form. If you post your Tables/Fields, someone will point you in the right direction.

The way this breaks down is: we will have multiple documents picked up from multiple branches and these documents are placed in bags. These bags are then placed in a large box which will be placed in a warehouse on a rack. I have three tables: Table 1 is boxes and has a box ID, box number, Location in box (for bags), warehouse rack location, number of bags in box, and branch ID, and document ID. Table 2 is Branches and has Branch ID, Branch number, Branch address, branch zip, Branch District, Branch phone, Document ID, and Box ID. Table 3 is Documents and has Document ID, Document type, document dae, document pickup date, branch id and box ID. The goal is to use one box one time and one time only however multiple branches and documents may be placed in this box until it is full in which time that box will come out of rotation. Not sure if any of this makes any sense but I appreciate the help. Thank you.
