    access and word

    Hello everyone

I'm working in an office and I should write many letters. I have been decided to build a database in Access and linked it to word.

I wanna in letters to write the name (a person that exists in my db) and other data like age, birthday, father's name etc would be completed automatically.

I know mail merging but it's not useful for me.

    any suggestion?

    Thanks

You can use Access to create Reports. However, reports are not always easy to format as a letter. I would probably look for a way to use Merge Fields in Word.
