Ms access help!!!!

To keep it short and to the point. I am looking to make my access database executable and open in runtime 2013. I would also like to have the backend of my database be on a server that I would need to know how to create. I have been looking for someone to show me how to make this possible possibly using remote desktop and a phone call. $$$$.



I have already created the database but would like to share it with other employees at my place of employment. I have done research and have read about Microsoft access runtime. I believe this would eliminate having to approach my boss to purchase access for all the employees.

We also have people that work from home or out of the office and I would need the backend of the database to be on a server.

I am self taught and do ok making databases but something's I just need help with.
