Creating email to gather data

When I go to create the email based on my table with existing records the wizard does not ask me how to collect the data - it skips step 2. Also when I get to the end and the email is displayed, none of the existing data is showing. Why? What did I do wrong?

I would suggest using the Wizard to create a Report and email the Report. It is likely you will want to base your report on a Query. However, it is possible to use a Table as a Report's Record Source.
