Access 2013 Background color

I have installed Windows 10 & Office 13.
The Background color of MS Access 13 is white in color which is irritating. Is there a way to change the background color?

you can only change the background color of forms and reports
Properties field background color click the line o the right and select a new color

Do you mean the background color of the application window or forms you build? Because it would be very odd if you mean the application.

Yes, I mean the Application Window.

I don't know how you get a white background. Must be new to 2013. In 2010: File > Options > General > Color Scheme > Blue/Silver/Black.

In 2013, your options are White, Light Gray, Dark Gray. File>Options>General>Office Theme

I like Blue. Another reason I don't want to 'upgrade'.
