Table ribbon events (before and after) are greyed out

Using Access 2013, my (Access 2002-2003 database) table ribbon events (before and after) are greyed out. How can I enable them?

Table data macros were not available prior to Access 2010. Maybe even though you open file with Access 2013, they will not be available if the file is an mdb.
