    Cascading form - of sorts

    Good day

    Hope someone can help with the following;

    I'm creating a simple database.

    It has 1 table - containing a name, surname, birthday and contact number.
    It has 1 form - The form at this point only has one combo box that looks to the table and you can select from the Surnames.

    What I want to do;

    I would like to add additional combo boxes (3) below my current sole combo box.
    I would like to insert a surname in my original combo box and then the combo boxes (3) needs to be auto populated with the name, birthday and contact number associated with the surname.

    Any help, including where I can find a tutorial would be greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks

    Gideon
