    create parameter value in switchboard

    Hello everyone,

I have a database file with switchboard. I clicked on a button and it popped with a parameter field which asked the scenario I want the data to filter on. I accidentally delete this parameter value (toggle filter) and would like to know how to get the parameter value command back. I tried to add the parameter in design view but it seemed to be different than the basic one showing on access tutorial. I'm not sure whether and how to add macros to bring this command back. Please let me know how to fix it. Thank you!

Advise not to use form created by Switchboard wizard. Use a normal form with normal macros and/or VBA - 'roll your own' design. There is good reason the Switchboard utility has been deprecated. It is confusing and limiting.

I would have to review your db in order to figure out how to fix.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
