Report not Printing properly

I have a report that is being printed in A3 size, I am trying to print this in A4 and to print the data in 1 page.



I changed the option to fit the page, however, if there is 1 page when you print in A3, there are 2 pages in A4, the size of the font remain the same like in A3, it does not automatically adjust the font to Fit the Page.

Need your assistance in this.

Where did you see option for 'fit the page'?

AFAIK, Access will not adjust font. This is a property setting of controls. Probably also have to adjust Height property of each control as well as section height.

don't know if it would work but you could try printing A3 to PDF and then print the PDF to A4 - no idea what the code would be, so you would need to research that yourself
