Database enabled web pages not easy to accomplish. Web design is another world of programming, especially if you want dynamic (live) data. Involves software like ColdFusion, PHP, Apache, IIS, Asp.net, HTML, etc.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Have you researched the product against your requirements? Do you have detailed requirements for your project?
According to the website it costs $30.00. That's probably a small fraction of the cost of any development you might do.
For $30 you could try it and , if it doesn't meet your needs, discard it. It's $30.00.

You should contact the company for full details of the product.
