Movie Database

Hi. I have a fairly massive movie collection that is getting out of control. I keep buying or downloading more of the same movies all of the time. I want to have a report of all of the movies and shows I have in the different formats. I can come close using yes/no fields but that looks crappy and I want to minimize paper use by only have to list the movie name once. Can anyone help. I will keep struggling but looking forward to hearing from someone. Thanks.
