Is Access the correct DB for the job?

    Hello all,

I think i have a fairly simple question for you.

I need a database for my company that is:
-Online to service multiple locations and users simultaneously (two in the USA and two in Mexico and 10 different users).
-Be able to calculate numbers from multiple tables
-Print from a form or a report (or something that looks semi nice) to either .PDF or other.
-Contain 6 thousand plus lines of data.
-Free would be great, but not a deal breaker.

Access 2013 is already installed on everyone's computers and we all have access to the company share point site.

I have looked into creating an Access web app but am not thrilled with the printing limitations.

    Thanks

Access is certainly appropriate for the size of the dataset. Access works with SharePoint. Access can export to PDF format.

Whether or not you will find an existing db to suit your business is unknown.

I've never built a web database of any kind but from what I've seen it isn't easy.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
