    Form won't open

I have an Access program that I use for my business. When I try to open the main form, nothing happens. No error messages, just a perpetual hour glass. I tried opening the form in design view and it still won't open. I am looking for suggestions or someone who can help me.

    Thanks in advance

Sounds like corruption. Probably have to rebuild form.

Did you try Compact & Repair?

I did try compact and repair, no go. When you say rebuild form, do you mean from scratch? Or can the current form be repaired?

If the form can't even be opened manually to Design View, I suggest it is a lost cause.

You can probably copy/paste any VBA code from the existing form code module into a new form module but the controls and form properties cannot be reached if the form cannot be opened.
