Hi,

I need a help from you, i had MS access 2010 version, i have created a database and designed a form too. now i required a special report to pull specific information.

Database contains some account no's. I need a report with a field account no. if i type a account no and generate report means it needs to pull all transactions (life of program) from that database.

Please give some suggestions.

Build a query that looks a the form value for AcctNo. (combo box?)
The criteria would be: forms!frmRpts!cboAcctNo

Attach this query to the reports , then open it.
I do the same with date ranges...(see image)
