    User Guide

    Does anyone have a suggestion on a user guide for Access Database.

    Thank you for the quick reply. I'm looking more for examples user document. I have DB that someone created with tables and querys and need to write up a user document on how to use or pull information. Thank you any help will greatly be appreciated.

    Okay, you mean a SOP manual for your database. That's just creating a text file (MS Word) with screen shots of the db. Start from the beginning - what does user do when the db opens? You can organize with chapter/section numbering (1.2.5 or something like that). You mention tables and queries - what about forms and reports?

    Yes, that is what I need. DB only have tables and query no forms or reports at this time. Do you have a sample of SOP for access database.
