    Access 2003 MDI like databe

I want to make a database that will look like an MDI application.
That is, when it starts will be displayed a form wit menus only.
And the menus will have a list of items.
When an item is clicked a form will be shown.

Can I do this in ms Access 2003?

What you described is basic Access functionality. Suggest you get an introductory tutorial book and study the basics.
