Adding Time Values

Hi Everyone,



Does anybody know how to do the following:

1.) I have two columns Time 1 is in (hh:mm:ss)
2.) The second column is a iff statement based on bullet point 1 to return the value 12 if its pm.
3.) I need to add column 1 to column 2 to add 12 hours to the pm values.
