I have two excel files that I am planning on importing into Access and want to merge in a query.
What I have is a list of people by Social as the unique id.
The second excel file I have is a list of the people with one line per college degree.
So If a person has two degrees they have two rows. Some have up to 4 or 5 lines and degrees.
IE
123456789 Joe Smith MS Operations Research
123456789 Joe Smith MA Human Resource Management
123456789 Joe Smith PHD Applied Math
221453645 Mike Hodge BS Philosophy
444556666 Karen Smith PHD Math
777888999 Karen Smith MS Operations Research
What I want is a query that will provide one line.
123456789 Joe Smith MS Operations Research MA Human Resource Management PHD Applied Math
221453645 Mike Hodge BS Philosophy
444556666 Karen Smith PHD Math MS Operations Research
