Income and Expenditure

I want to help me
I'm a little lost on where to begin on designing an (income and expenditure)
Do anyone have any good examples? I tried searching for one on google but I wasn't able to find one.

Not sure what you mean by 'income and expenditure' database. Is this for a business or home budget?

Maybe look at the Northwind template.
