    Help on Command Button

I have a command button to email a form. What I want is to email a single record in the form. Basically I have a form that creates ticket for certain jobs completed, when I click on the command button it emails all the tickets, which is not what I want. Please help.

Generally Reports are emailed, not forms? Anyway, you need to provide your code so we can see what you are doing.

As Dave said, you really need to use a Report for this. Once your Report is designed, go here

    http://access.mvps.org/access/reports/rpt0002.htm

to learn how to only generate the Report based on the Current Record.

You can email report as an attached PDF or use data in the record to construct email body.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
