    Accessing Access in different ways

    Hello again,

I've been asked if I can figure out how to access a database without actually opening the database in three ways.

    1. Is there a way to open up and fill in the forms I've created for data entry without opening the DB?

    2. Is there a way to open up and fill in the forms from a computer without Access?

    3. Is there a way to open up and fill in the forms from an internet browser (HTML?)?

I don't really know where to start with this and was wondering if these are easily done or a process. Thanks!

    1. I'll say no.

    2. Yes, with Access runtime http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ac...001120886.aspx

    3. web enabled database or other complicated web coding with something like ASP or ASP.Net or Cold Fusion, etc.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
