Query not populating ( no dropdowns in cells)

Dangerous Newbie here,

I'm attempting to reverse engineer a Cascading Combo Box database into a Fire Extinguisher Audit app.

The Cascading Combo Boxes.zip file is found at https://www.fmsinc.com/MicrosoftAcce...cascading.html.

I've successfully created the tables and forms, along with the appropriate Event Procedures. I've duplicated the one query, but there is no data.

Do I have to populate the query with data? If so, why aren't there dropdowns in each cell like the original query?

I'm not seeing any other table that contains all the data that the query has.

Any ideas?

Is there data in your table(s)? It might be easier to help if you can post your db.

I added data to all the tables. I can't upload my DB since it's 732kb and your limit appears to be 500 kb. How else can I get the info to you?

Looking only at the first two, there is no record in tblCounty that has an ApplicationID matching anything that can be selected in the application combo (or any at all actually).

Doh! I didn't realize I had to populate the ApplicationID field in the tblCounty (and all subsequent tables/ID fields)! I'll be that fixes it!

The SQL you've built says "give me all the counties that have the application ID specified in the first combo", so for that to work that field certainly has to be populated. The same may apply to all the rest. I put an appropriate value in that field and the code worked fine.
