Access keeps overwriting my records and I need it to enter a new record

Sorry guys NEWBIE here. I created a database and a form. It works, only problem is, when someone clicks the save button I need it to create that as a new record and move to the next one. Right now, it overwrites the current record and then I lose the old info. PLEASE HELP ME get this corrected.

Also, not a big deal, but when I close and re open the form, it saves the old info in the form. Any way to delete that upon exit? I have attached the database. Please help as I'm trying to learn.

Saving the design of the form and data entry are two different things. When you enter data and then navigate to the next record, the act of navigating to the next record is what saves the data to the table.

Clicking the intrinsic save (floppy disc icon) button is for saving design changes to Access objects like, forms, tables, reports, etc.
