A way to allow a box to pop up asking for criteria when running a query?

I knew I used to do this many years ago, where I would create a query but only want info for one Client_ID. Wasn't there a simple thing to type in the query itself that forced a box to pop up asking something like "Client ID?" ???

You're thinking of a criteria like

    [Enter Client ID]
