Datasheet Query that looks like pivot table query

I am trying to make a datasheet view query or report out of the information that made this pivot table view. All of my POC information is one field in a table but I want to display it across the top of a datasheet view query. On the left side of this pivot table are statuses that I am trying to show how many projects each POC across the top has in each status.

Any Ideas?

Did you try the CROSSTAB query wizard?
